Cenoura, cherívia, alho-porro, cebola, salsa, aipo e alga Wakame atlântica.

Preparação:

  • 1 colher de sopa por cada chávena de chã de água. Ferver 20 min. Juntar azeite ao gosto.
  • 24 dozes aproximadamente
