100 g = Acompanhamento para 20 refeições

Algas Atlânticas (Wakame, Nori e Dulse).

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Para 2 pessoas: demolhar 10 gramas de algas num prato fundo durante 15 minutos, com água e sumo de meio limão. Entretanto preparar a salada e finalmente juntar as algas, finalizando com abundante azeite ou outro molho a gosto.
