  • Tostada: Torrar previamente (sem demolhar) no forno durante 2 min para adicionar a saladas, sopas, arroz, cuscús, legumes, etc.
  • Fervida ou ao vapor: 15 min. juntamente com batatas, arroz ou verduras.
  • Refogada com cebola, em omeletes, croquetes, para adicionar a massas, ovos, legumes, ervilhas, grão…
  • No forno: Acompanhando recheios e gratinados, canelones, lasanha…
